Nika and I met while we were both undergrads at UC Santa Barbara and I have photographed her before for some small projects. This time we met for a few hours in the morning, exploring her hollywood apartment and backyard. We carried around four film cameras between the two of us and shot a many 120mm and 35mm rolls. I haven't done a photoshoot with all film in over a year, and it was a great reminder of how enjoyable it is to take a bit more time to compose the shot instead of snapping a thousand photos. The medium format images are shot on Portra 400 and the 35mm on Fujifilm 400 pro.
